If you liked the book Blackhawk down then this book is a must read. The book, The battle of Mogadishu, is edited by Matt Eversmann and Dan Schilling. It is five veterns that tell their story of the battle. I was unable to put it down till I finished it.

It just came out. I did a search over at amazon.com....Presidio Press; (August 3, 2004). Hopes that helps.

I was thinking about getting it. I wanted to ask someone who read it first though about how it is different from say Black Hawk Down. I'm almost done with Thunder Run (excellent, excellent book on armored warfare in Iraq), and am in the hunt for another read. Thanks for your input though!
