Good thing that man isn't in the US Marine Corps. The nearest non-com would tear him up one side and down the other about the necessity to be CLEAN SHAVEN. :lol:

Facial hair is allowed in most European Army units, in some it is even encouraged.... old tradition.

Yep, ILTIS Bombardier is *still* in use by the Belgian Armed Forces. If I'm not mistaken, there was quite a scandal going on around the time they were adopted by BAF, something about bribes and stuff. But I don't remember it all that well.

I believe those jeeps will be replaced soon, 60% will be replaced by another light jeep the remaining will be replaced by an armored jeep...

As you see facial hair is common in Belgian forces too...
