Goto your profile, at the bottom of the page is an open space for the URL.
Tane Angle: You need a picture host to upload your picture to the web.
I would recommend DL photocountry, easy & free:

go to the top of your screen, top right area, click on "profile". scroll the the bottom of that page and insert a link to your avatar.
to set up a avatar you either need free web hosting or your own webspace. generally powweb is a great place for space though i hear their email is **** to access sometimes.
once you uploa d a avatar within the rules (80x80 pixels, no ****o etc prolly) you can figure out the link to your avatr and ppost it at the bottom section in your profile. you can do this with some free sites but some free hosting places such as yahoo and angelfire do not allow offlink hosting as your using thier free service but you arent seeing thier ads thierfore they do not get money off hits to thier service.
so if you have some webspace and a site name, say, mymilsite.com, you would amke a folder to host your avatars, and put your avatar in thier then you would link back. so it would be something like,
http//www.mymilsite.com/NameOfYourAvatarFolder/milphotoavatar.jpg
if u like i could host a avatar for you as long as it conforms to the sites guidlines and isnt over 10k. email in my profile if you got a avatar you want up.
my avatar and name is from a game and comic that takes place in 2009. it is based off the concept in nam of sog teams aka special teams put together from different services. then again sog in vietnam stood for Studies and Observations Group and mine is just generic for special operations groups based off a fictional game and time. thats about its only historical connection and even sog in vietnam was more often called MAC V? i guess sog was just more of a general discript name i chose.
