Our President promised Bush 500 personnel, not sure if it will be a rotation by 100s or if we are sending the 400 later on, or if this is it. The South Americans are operating under the Spaniards, though we have a long history and heritage with the Spaniards I think our modern history involvment with the Americans will have us patrolling with US soldiers. Who are the Kazakhs and the Ukranians working under? The Poles?
