The TC2000 and TC2001 (Side-cut) and the TC2002 CQB Gun-Fighter Helmets are a revolutionary concept in the world of combat helmets. While being very compact, they reduce the risk of interference of its wearer with its immediate environment and enables it’s use as a paratrooper helmet. The TC2000, TC2001 and the TC2002 make it easier to acquire a target in crouched position, particularly with the use of NVG’s. The performances of the helmet take advantage of the latest developments in protection against fragments and shock and impact absorption. These performances are really adapted to the threats that a wearer will encounter on modern threater's of operation. The limited weight and an unequaled level of comfort to its wearer mobility and efficiency in the scope of even very long missions. The TC2000, TC2001 and TC2002 are compatible with the use of NBC protections, protective goggles and enables the easy integration of combat communications systems such as the SFCTB Special Forces Communications System (page 91) for communications. Ballistic Performances: The TC2000, TC2001 and the TC2002 are capable of remarkable ballistic performances when one considers its low weight and its incredible comfort, the helmet shell has a ballistic protection level of level 3A according to NIJ 0106.01 standard it is capable of the following performances in resistance to standardized fragments and to deformation: Colors Available: Dull Green, Black, Sand with Rough surface finish
Sizes: Two sizes of helmet shells enable to cover head sizes from 52cm (XXS) to 62cm (XL by adapting the set of padding that is placed inside: Small size/pad set #8 - 52cm (XXS) to 56cm (S) Small size/pad set #6 - 56cm (S) to 58cm (M) Large size/pad set #8 - 58cm (M) to 60cm (L) Large size/pad set #6 - 60cm (L) to 62cm (XL

I ordered a TC2002 CQB Gun-Fighter from Diamondback. Its on back order until late Oct. I paid $419.00 USD.
I could only find two places that sold them. If you can find some more and if you find a place with them in stock PM me.

FYI,
The MICH is a good helmet with a lot of nice features. However, there is no such thing as Level 3A for NIJ 0106.01, contrary to what they advertise. That standard goes to Level II, which protects against some rounds that are IIIA rated in other NIJ standards, but does not measure backface deformation. If you shoot a military issue PASGT helmet with 9mm ball versus a more modern helmet with higher ballistic protection, you'll see why backface deformation matters. Some helmet makers have used the NIJ 0108.01 standard in advertising, which is a standard that specifically excludes helmets... go figure, but I guess it sounds good?
With helmets, the issues of concussion, neck injury and backface deformation trauma to the head are such that it makes it difficult to predict the results of direct impacts on the helmet for different users. The most stringent helmet test thusfar seems to be the HP White test standard at level IIIa (HPW-TP-0401.01B) that only the RBR series of helmets have met. It includes a direct impact on the suspension system screw with zero penetration. As far as ballistic protection goes, the RBR seems to be the best available, and while it may not be as sexy as the MICH, it is definitely a lot more available.
