jasc animation shop...probably one of the most basic programs to animate pictures. easy to learn. easy to use. the animation although isnt as easy, of course you can always learn flash and do it with that, but it'll be HUGE.

I bought Paintshop Pro from Jasc and the Animation Shop came bundled with it.

To just buy Animation Shop is $39 usa. The don't think the Free Trial lets you save files.
