They're his citizens, not our problem once deported. Maybe instead of rpinting booklets on how to cross Illegally a little discouraging might be in order.
Joo can't have it both ways, Seňor Presidente.

Maybe next he'll say that the deportations are creating more poverty for his nation again
Then stop exporting them to us in the first place!

Drones Strikes might be needed.
What's his contention? That we're deporting migrants that entered via the Mexican border back to Mexican border cities? Where else are we going to deport them to? The empty desert? El Distrito Federal? Canadian border cities? The Four Seasons, Vail?

Just political posturing, but at the same time not surprising since some Central American nations like Honduras and El Salvador has been complaining about it too. Most of those doportees are from MS13 gangs which started causing problems and recruiting other people their causes like for example the infamous bus masscare which they killed over 20 people. However, a local vigilante group with with rumoured military backing has been going after these MS13 groups for years now.

It's not our damn responsibility to take care of Mexican criminals. Although yes, dumping them in border towns which are already the most crime ridden parts of Mexico exacerbates the problem, what dose he want us to do? Pay for $1,000+ air fare and bus tickets to take them to whichever part of Mexico they're from? If he was that concerned over this I think the Mexicans should pay for this. I think this is nothing more than China style populist pandering for internal consumption which shifts the blame for everything towards the US which is what leftist Mexicans always eat up and I sense he trying to get more of them on his side. Makes him look like a major hypocrite and tool though.
The main thing he was going off about on the US in that speech though was that the US is deporting children "as young as 6 years old" to Mexican border towns alone and without protection. I haven't ever heard of this happening and I doubt it actually does but if that is true then that's pretty ****ed up. Anyone know if this is true or not?

Outside of a few recent isolated vigilante groups going after narcos I'm not aware that vigilante groups are operating en masse in the general Mexican public. However I do know that in Mayan communities in central america and southern Mexico, people that are tagged as narcos/gang members end up dead or disappear very often and the government turns a blind eye to it. There was a news report posted on the Mexico armed forces thread not too long ago about some indian towns in Chiapas who's inhabitants and local police/militias went after and imprisoned/punished crimanals on their own, ignoring federal and state law and process and they're now some of the safest parts of of the country despite being very poor and adjacent to some of the biggest drug trade zones. Gangster **** don't fly down there.

I knew a Salvadoran lady who had two sons constantly in and out of trouble with drugs. One of em stayed for the summer at one of the camps I was volunteering at and he was a real piece of work: covered in gang tats, starting crap anywhere he went, and being an all around asshole. He later got picked up for stabbing a kid over some money and they got word to INS that he was here illegally and they told his mom he'd be deported. The guys brother was ****ting bricks when he found out, since apparently being covered in MS tattoos is a target on your back for those groups back home. I hear they've taken out quite a few of em.

I'm sure Calderon does'nt give a fvck about crimes committed by Mexicans here illegally in the US. So why should we give a fvck about his problems. All we did was send his citizens back home where they belong.

Way to welcome your own citizens, president.
All he is saying is that, by corollary, mexican immigration to the United Stares (both legal and illegal, since Calderon didnt specify the type of deportation) increases America's crime rate.

I've have heard of those happening, but are extremely rare though. However, I remember 8 or 9 years ago when INS agents picked up some kids from South High School in South Omaha and about to deport them and the parents didn't know nothing until their kids called them. However, there was a uproar in the community and government in Omaha and later the INS let them go because they've would have to notified their parents first which the INS didn't do.

Actually, I was talking about the vigilante groups in El Salvador and Honduras which are going are after MS13 and drug cartels. Yeah, I known some vigilante groups down there in Mexico doesn't put up with that s**t with drug cartels, murders, and child molesters and even the police down there just ignores these types of groups.

Yep, the Sombra Negra (Spanish for Black Shadow) which has normal citizens and people with a military background have been taking out MS-13 and gangbanger groups for over a decade since the Salvadorian police forces down there could do a little or corrupt.
