Okay here are a few of the ones I'm proud of. The only thing I was "supporting" were our troops. I was wearing my USMC shirt, got a lot positive comments for that. I was very surprised by the amount of Veterans who took part in the protest.
Now, when looking at these pictures please keep the following things in mind.
1-I'm remaining NEUTRAL on every photo as far as politics go. I don't agree, I don't disagree. Don't test me cause you won't get an answer.
2-If you dare sell any of these photos, my lawyer WILL hunt you down. They are mine to distribute for profit, not yours. You can however (and I advise you to) share them for free. :)
3-I do not hate Bush. I did notice a lot of hatred in the march and thats something I don't support.
4-If you want a high res of any photo, or if you wanna see more, just post, pm, or email me and I will gladly provide.

This is Fifth Ave. before the march. It was very weird to see the street completely deserted as all traffic was closed off. Here you can see a few NYPD officers wearing riot helmets and carrying Glock 17's and S&W 9mm's. Black Hawks and news helicopters were hovering overhead which contributed to making the whole scene completely surreal.

Still on Fifth Ave. around 14th st. Note the Zip-Tie hand cuffs that all officers carry. The truck in the background is carrying steel barricades to divert pedestrians.

Before the march began, there were hundreds of cops on bikes sent in every direction. The entire block was filled with bike cops! I'd say about 150-200.

Who said there are no good looking NYPD officers? As you can see the street is FILLED with protesters at this time. I entered Seventh Ave about halfway though the march. (Didn't wanna get caught up with Mr. Moore in the front.)

Sticker I saw on a phone booth.

Sign I saw. I was shocked to see a media outlet being protested against. I don't think thats ever happened in any portest here in the states. . .

So many people, it was overwhelming at times. A friend told me the one holding the sign "Marines sister against Bush" was interviewed on NPR this evening.

Cameras! Cameras everywhere, filming in every direction!!! Yes I've never seen so many photographers and cameramen in my life. One can only estimate that a Seventh Ave. sidewalk was worth millions with all that equipment today. Thank God there were about 15 cops per block.

This shot came out nicely IMHO. I think its one of my best. Second opinion maybe?
http://img63.exs.cx/img63/3839/Boots_RNC.jpg
This was part of an exhibit in a Quaker Church. (I'll remember the name at some point.) They had setup 972 pairs of combat boots to represent the 972 killed in Iraq as of August 29, 2004. Most of the boots were worn by the soldier they represented.

Call me a pansy, but you can damn well bet I cried when I saw this. God Bless his family.

Here is a board, one of 8 that list the 16,000 Iraqi civilians killed. I was absolutely amazed by how many were killed at the hands of suicide bombers.

6:30PM EST in Union Square. I was surprised to still see people protesting this late in the day.

Mural someone painted.

I thought the expression on Bush's face was funny in this one.
