I know the US army currently issues a helmet pad system for their helmets. With the assorted selection between Team Wendy, MSA, Skydex, Aero Orgeon etc, has anyone had any use, specifically with the Team Wendy pads, in particular their EPIC system? I've seen the graphs on their website comparing their product to others, but I'm somewhat skeptical, seeing as it's for marketing their own products. Trying to find a independent study on different padding systems and absorption rates has turned up nothing.

So, has anyone had positive/negative experience with Team Wendy products? Anyone suffered any serious concussions (I'm thinking in particular for parachuting)?

Any advice/points is appreciated.

I don't know how appropriate they would be for parachuting but I have worn the Team Wendy padded kevlar. I liked it over all but they were bulky so oyu end up wearing a size above what you would normally. But the pas are configurable which is nice. They have a brief break in period where in your helmet is a headache maker but after they conform to your head they are vastly more comfortable and more secure feeling than the old suspension system.
