Incorrectly identified by the media as belonging to the Sayeret Duvdevan - the IDF equivalent to Unit YAMAS - this is actually Unit YAMAS operators in action, and the photo is probably the most famous Israeli Mistaravim photo ever.
Seen in the photo are three Judah and Samaria Unit YAMAS members (extreme left, middle and extreme right) arresting a terrorist (second from left) during an actual operation, july 1997. The operators are armed with the Unit YAMAS standard issue sidearm - the IMI Jericho 941 handgun. Note the red stain on top of the Jericho 941 receiver, which is design to allow quick identification of the weapon's holder in undercover applications.
