My humble Green Beret style loadout. I didn't go for a body armor replica, as it's too hot to wear them. Most of the equipment strapped on is postioned where it is balanced, allowing me more mobility and comfort. This loadout is somewhat reminiscent of the 10th SFG (Task Force Viking, and some of them wore woodland) in Northen Iraq during the start of the Iraq war.

But if you want a rear battery assembly just take one of the cheek supports off and get a battery holder(magazine pouch) like I did...

I covered the battery up with a Magazine..

x2 same question as well..!!!!!!1:)
This is a tanker's coverall. A little bit similiar to Flightsuit.
I don't know, is there OD version avialable, but i doubt it. this one is contract one, so i think, only one color is made. FLightsuits are in tan and gray. Mechanics coveralls are in OD, woodland and tricolor. I bet, there be something in ACU now.
Flightsuit coverall(CWU-27p) are here: http://www.entrygear.com/product.asp?id=F511546347

but faking expensive, better get something on ebay

Hi lads,
My first post on these forums, but I've been browsing recently and seen some very nice impressions and weapons.
I've put together a USMC loadout based on a Temperate style Infantryman from the 2nd Marines in Camp Lejeune, although it's incomplete.
And, of course, not being one to shy away from the infamous British weather I took advantage of the rain having finally received my Goretex jacket.

Kit list;
MSA Gallet LWH & Cateyes
Wiley X SG1s

Bowmans Headset
Motorola XTN

SDS Interceptor in CB, main OTV piece, crotch piece, collar/yoke (and Throat Guard, FINALLY)
BHI Large Upright GP Pouch
BHI 3x2 5.56 Pouch
3x TT Single 5.56 Shingle
TT Small Radio Pouch
SDS Utility Pouch
Camelbak Omega 3L Thermobak in CB (2006 Issue)

King Arms (:S) Duty Belt (Eagle Duty Belt arrived but not in time for pics)
Safariland 6004 for 1911 Variant or BH CQC Serpa in CB with STRIKE Platform for SIG 226
CRKT First Strike and 550 Cord lanyard
KA Dump Pouch in CB

BHI Nomex Aviator gloves in Tan
Issue MCUUs in Temperate MARPAT, missing a host patches after a run-in with team Wannabe
Issue Goretex Jacket (I love you so much, Ebay)
Underneath, a thermal diving fleece that I use when in a drysuit (Thinsulate SubPro, I think)
ICBs or Magnum Amazons, depending on how long I want to spend cleaning suede
Foam inserts for the 'pants'.

M16A3/M203, awaiting M5 RAS and EOTech 512 (G&P with Prometheus FTK)
MARSOC/226 (WA and Marui with Guarder frame and slide respectively)

I know it isn't complete, I'm having trouble finding a seller who would ship an ILBE to the UK, and the Day Assault Packs are too much to justify spending when the ILBEs are so much nicer.

As for the M5 RAS, I'm off to NY this summer so I'll pick one up there.
Cheers,
Michael.

Yea, I'm after a real one and I've found a couple of surplus stores that allegedly retail them. Cheers for the heads up though :)
I'm going to the city and visiting Crye. Suffice to say that my next loadout will include a Crye ArmorChassis. And before anyone mentions the need for a military liscence, my mate from 1PARA is going to be with me, and fortunately he owns one.
I'm going to be there on the 30 July to 2 August, then I'm off to sunny Bahamas.

I just purchased a SPEAR body armor replica(G&P). I'm going to turn the vertical PALS webbings to horizontal ones, but I'm still in need for more webbing to the side of the vest, under my arms. I bet there's some type of rig to be used with the SPEAR armor, something like in this picture:

Now, That is very cool one:)
If I can give some advices on USMC loudout. It's true that it's hard to find PB or Propper(IBA 2) OTV. Sometimes they appear on ebay, but the prices are over 200USD. You can buy attachment's to IBA(Groin, yoke and collar protection) on ebay. They will fit in woodland, you can see often marines with that configurations.
As for the pouches, SDS are very good, but AITES makes in normal Coyote brown(SDS also produces some pouches in USMC coyote).
and put the laces inside the boots:P:P

Anyway, Good to see such fine USMC loadout:) i like it

Wait, what armor is that>? it looks nice. and you say you will buy sds ? So you are going to put the sds over that armor? It's an IBA copy by JUST TECH. It comes with all the secondary protections (neck, etc...). It's in Woodland camo but I assume they have it in OD and desert 3 tones. As far as I know they don't make the USMC CB version. There is foam inside, with velcro to remove the foam, and there are fake SAPI plates too (the plastic ones with "strike face" written on it). You can remove every thing and adapt it to another cover. It's not Kevlar layers, so, the best solution is to add your own foam to the cover... I think removing the foam is a real pain.

It's really sad that SDS makes a clear version of the CB IBA. I was about to buy one but I'll stay with the woodland IBA for now, as it's still in use in active USMC forces in Iraq. I'm watching the photos at marines.mil and often see them. A friend has the "airsoft dragon" copy and the color is between grey and beige. It's not the right color, and the quality is very poor. It's surprising that nobody makes a good reproduction of the Marines IBA. Even Guarder version is missing the seconday protections (neck, pelvis). The only solution is to buy a real one.

Pride is part of it, I'm sure. Also, it's cheaper to issue one uniform pattern to every soldier rather than two. Besides, ACU works well enough. It's not perfect, but it's an effective pattern. Trust me, it works a lot better than still photos make it look.

Marines.mil don't work as well :/

I had the same thing B4...but my twin Bro fixed it (computer wizzard :-p). Had something to do with some new software that the internet provider used.

Thanks. I think I will go with SDS since they come w/ everything and not just the body armor.

Along with the SDS, I think I will buy some fake plates from RedWolf:

Should I use that and foam? Or just that? Or just foam?

For the color scheme, after seeing kapral's pics I am pumped. I think I will go with a woodland MARPAT and Woodland SDS. Good choice? Or should I get a woodland MARPAT and Coyote Brown (although it is a couple of shades off as what CMDrfire says)?

Also pouches from SDS correct? Because CMDrfire says that the AITES kinds are diff color from SDS?

It really sucks that there aren't much of Intercetor replicas. And boy, from the pictures of the "Airsoft Dragon" kinds, they look terrible and the groin protector shape doesn't look quite right. I will stay aways from them.

And the Guarder/G&P don't come with the throat and groin, but SDS comes w/ everything. I tried to look for a separate throat and groin but they are like impossible to find online!

Thank you.

The big guy with the Woodland IBA and the beretta looks like he's gonna kill someone. For real.. :D

Looks like D3ath is going to shoot someone, the Asian dude is Mr. Skorostnoy trying to stop him. And the radio operator is tenda telling HQ to send down reinforcements.

Damn that wasn't funny.

The foam it's the first operation to do, without you have only an empty cover that no wear so well! The fake plates is good item but is not so necessary...

With SDS OTV Cover the pouchs is in the same colour. The Aites have the really USMC CB, but is a little bit darker than SDS.... To have the same colour with Aites you should have the PB Interceptor...
