I got the CADPAT assault pack from CPGear but I believe they have discontinued it. And the shirt is just a cheap frontenac shirt but I took off the bottom pockets and sewed them onto the upper arms, added velcro and turned it into a tuck in shirt.

awesome loadout DNA i have almost the same exact thing. i have the old ALICE gear. i think it is great although i am moving up to MOLLE. yesterday i bought a green one man tent and a poicket rocket stove from MSR, a pot, and that is about it.
well at least i am not the only one that sleeps with a poncho liner

Only thing I used in the field(2x 5 day FTXs, 1x 3 day FTX) on a course a lil while ago. Light, doesn't take up to much space an easy to cram into your ruck when you gotta move out in a hurry.

Los Angeles county. I don't really play airsoft. I'm lucky if I go to a game twice a year. I train with some buddies who are interested in joining the military. Just basically help them get a bit up to speed with infantry-related stuff. It's fun, and it keeps you in pretty spiffy physical condition.

Thanks for the comments. Mick0, its a surefire filter. Yeah, Death, normally i'd be in camo but i was on the PMC team, which was woefully outnumbered but held its own.
OK, here's the deal on the pistol thing. So, I was ready to go with my light loadout, when lo and behold, Blackhawk decided to donate $3K worth of stuff to the event. So, i decide to go with my BHI Rig. Unfortunately, i already bought my new 6004, and i'd be damned if i wasn't gonna use it. Fortunately for me, the new TM 1911 came out. Its actually 2-tone(screwed up the paint removal so i painted it like my Wilson Combat.) So i stuck it in my CQC backup holster just in case and so i would have a BHI holster on my rig. I love the thing. Shoots just as far as some SMGs and straight as an arrow.

If I get you right then... It really bothers me when folks include in their uniform all kinds of Qulifacation patches and Pins. It is a little insulting to me when I see a young kid (18-19) in his load-out with all of these sharpshooting expert pins, and a CIB. I earned mine I was getting shot at while he was at home playing Black Hawk Down.

After a game we (being my airsoft buddies) stopped at a little resturant for some dinner. In walks a group of kids, now this day we played at a site right outside the gates of a Army base. This group has four guys, all four of these guys have CIB's, and most have other badges and patches. Now as we sit (my guys are all in Russian gear) I watch a man walk up to this group of guys, and says how he "has a son over in iraq right now", and can't let these guy pay for there food o he grabs the check. These guys laugh as the guy walks up to he counter, I walked over to the table, and these guys think it is funny.

I caught up with this fine father, and explained what has just happend, and I retutn the man's money. This is the stuff that makes people like me a little miffed. I have NO problem with guys wearing the US uniform , it just hurts when one person has put his life on the line, and the other has'nt. I know this is petty, but it is just me.

Replica. It's nice, I didn't want to go the RIS way, been done to death, I like the old handguards more. Then again, without RIS, mounting a flashlight is a bit tricky, without using something like a 5$ barrelclamp that looks awfull.

I like traditional handguards more. Less carp to carry or fall off. The M500 setup looks pretty streamlined if you will. Just gotta find some sorta cap to cover the shiny lightbulb reflector.

It's not too bad, I was going to try to find a real Surefire bulb for it, but it's ok this way. And yes, you do need a cap for it :)

thats a BOWMAN headset, find em on ebay for 80ish dollars (US), you have to rewire them yourself mind you. which can be a pain, theres a wiring diagram posted someone on this forum detaling it further.

for my money bowmans are the best buy for the money, you need a good wiring/PTT setup though, I used the hardware from a DEVGRU throat mic, and though it took mucho time-o, now that its all done I wouldnt trade it for any other airsoft grade headset setup.

Internal pouches with 2 m14 mags in each pouch.

I havent got any other pouches for the rig atm, as im still working out what i want to carry, but should have some fairly soon(2 1911 mags,strobe,utilty pouch/frag gren pouches etc)

Im probably going to be aiming at a 5th SFG impression, so will look into buying maybe a SPEAR vest to replace the IBA, and some tricolour desert camo also.Replace my pasgt for a MICH, and some better boots.
Still a fair way to go! Any tips/pics would be greatly appreciated

Will most likely add a double 1911 mag pouch to this as its my 1st line gear and possibly a small buttback/canteen pouches.

Better to get those M51/65 field uniform or the Ist types of TCUs.
