Here's my loadout I use:
http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/7056/bwsettiqw1.jpg

BW Issued Composite helmet
BW feldmutze, and boonie (boonie not shown)
BW Issued desert boots

Hey guys,
I've been watching this thread for awhile, so I thought I should show my airsoft load out. I've been working on this one for some time, getting my gear from Russia and finally the mask today. Enjoy:

http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p235/polygon86/soft3.jpg
http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p235/polygon86/soft4.jpg
Description: This is a primarily Russian oriented uniform and gear set, and as you can see, I'm using the Partizan camouflage smock and trousers as well as standard infantry boots and an M32 tactical vest. All of these came direct from Russia with love. My primary weapon is a Tokyo Mauri Beta Spetsnaz and a VZ61 Skorpion submachine gun for my secondary. The mask is a custom anti-fogging paintball type I purchased recently and thought it accented my rather unique choice in camouflage. The person who sold me the mask had grafted part of a Halloween mask on which looks pretty awesome in person.

I haven't played any matches with it just yet, but it's a very breathable mask and the lenses do not fog up. What I plan on doing is painting the latex portions of the mask (demon) black with silver highlights to look as if the face is growing out of the paintball mask. Also, the pink flesh is a bit of a give away in terms of camouflage.

This is my current setup for training with airsoft (as opposed to training with giant q-tips or sandwiches or some sh*t, I dunno):
-Russian SPOSN with UK PLCE canteen/GP pouches (for canteens...)
-VFC AKS74
-Funny looking glasses are Julbo Micropore mountaineering glasses. They cut out a ton of light.

Just got this setup (Thanks to my brotha from anotha motha, Roman), so yeah, I didn't adjust the suspenders right yet. They're too long, so the load was too low. Should be higher around my waist instead of my hips. Great gear though. The velcro isn't so strong that it's loud. The buttpack is similar to a USGI ALICE buttpack except it has fastex clips, and the materials are alot better. There is a "hidden" pouch in the top flap, just like the flap on an ALICE pack.

Chameleon Stretch 2's (The 2's have.... uh.... hey! A higher number!)
I haven't had them long but have put tons of miles behind them. Unfortunately, the toe welt thingy (sole goes up onto front of toe) peeled away rather early on in the game, and despite being glued, it often keeps coming back. Not cool. And after having them for a few months I have started to burn a hole in the back part that touches your achilles tendon. Too much mesh and other lightweight breatheable materials I guess.
Other than that, they're great.

I am planning to buy one myself but have you or any of your team mates had an experience of it cracking or breaking after being hit?

Don't believe on that bullsh!t Sandman. My eotech's been hit several times but it's very sturdy that all gotta do is to wipe a small smear to clean it. My team plays very rough and sometimes we were shooting less than 20 feet.

Eotechs aren't "BB proof" so plastic cover is recommended.
Ivan and Kravensas that hicapa is 4.3. 5.1 hasn't got lanyard option (although you can buy it separately).
If I remember correct no Safariland take 5.1.

Don't believe on that bullsh!t Sandman. My eotech's been hit several times but it's very sturdy that all gotta do is to wipe a small smear to clean it. My team plays very rough and sometimes we were shooting less than 20 feet.
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?!?
So this never happened with my 552??

This happened from about 15-20 meters. And my EOTech was brandnew at the moment it happened. Luckily my EOTech conatct replaced it without any costs.

Lucky man! I've read that Eotech doesn't always repair their optics for free when they brake up. (same goes to Oakley, my M-frame's bail broked up (dropped from my hand to the pavement) and they didn't repair it for free. Said that they only repair if the lens is broken. :/)

Danng... is that fo real? My eotech's been hit like 5 times but it never crack or anything. Am sure one of of my teamates hit it in the center with a SCAR (with lipo) that shoots 420+ less than 20 feet but my eotechs was okay.

I am lucky that my supplier replaced it for free, he uses my old one with the crack for demo use now. And PG18, yes this is for real, pictures are from a skirm somewhere end of April this year.

You can buy a Eotech protection made in plexiglas, to avoid problem, i got one for 15€ from a friend and I'm going to ask a friend who works with plexi to build some to sell to friend... when I'm at home, I make a couple of photo of the protection...

Just two odd questions, with no offense directed towards anyone who may be sensitive, unless you want it to be. Anyway...
-How come some of y'all only paint PARTS of your rifles, instead of the entire thing?
-How come you don't paint anything black or outstandingly not camouflaged, to match the rest of your setup?

Thanks Riggs,
You have a great set up there as well. For my RPD impression, I was going to go with a relatively simple field gear load out (I want it to appear as a kind of "emergency" configuration as would have been available at the time of the "outbreak" in Raccoon City):
OD bandanna
A.L.I.C.E. field harness and pistol belt
2x M16 pouches
1x field canteen
OD nylon universal holster
Small maglite with case
OD First aid pouch
For my primary weapon, I'm thinking of an old school M16A1 and for secondary, a M1911A1.

I made the raghat to break up my silhouette. I love the multicam, but it is usually too light for this area. I worked great in Texas tho'!
I pixilated my face so my students would not recognise me. :)

Well I don't own that flak jacket, it belongs to one local player. If I remember correct he got it from eBay (surprise. :D). If you are interested he is willing to sell it for 150e. You might also try to search british's flak jacket which is almost similiar to 3/4 collar vest with small modifications. British's version is also a lot cheaper than original 3/4 collar vest. They cost about 20-50e. Here's a pic from it.

I live in the northwest territories, canada. I taught for 7 years in the arctic, then moved down here to the boreal forest. the nearest other town is 5 hours away. But it is clean and pretty. we do have many bears - they are attracted by the dump. The village shoots bears that come onto the island (we live on a little island on the mackenzie river). last year they shot quite a few. See if you can figure out which village! We built a log cabin, so we will probably live here a while.
The tundra was fun, open land. Back then i used 3colour sesert BDUs, and they worked really well. Multicam would work well there, i think.
Here, it's all thick forest, full of deadfall and thorn bushes. It is so thick, I can see 5 -10m, but someone could easily hide within 2m and I might not see them!
Sadly, there are not many airsofters up here!

I bought my Crye MC about 2 years ago. Great stuff. Why is it getting harder to buy in Canada? I bought 4yards of MC fabric with my combats, and I make all sorts of gear with it. I hope I can buy more!
Speaking of fabric...Does anybody know where I can order good quality MARPAT fabric? I don't want some cheap copy that wont match ny combats.

I dont know why its so hard to get in Canada I decided I would collect a few Paychecks up and ask around to People who have the CP stuff and try and find out how to get it I was given diffrent answers like you have to be in the Millitary, you need to be an American, You have to go to New York, all this sutff and there Canadian there not in the millitary.
But I think its because they are so back ordered that they had to cut off sales out of the USA.

I have my own opinion and reason why I want to look like a US soldier and for that, I need the patches. As for the Side pockets, there right where they should be, its because I keep my arms abit to the front that you might think they are more twards the back then the sides.
Thx for the feedback though!

I know I was wondering why it is actually more OFF to the back instead of directly on the side. I have actually seen US troops and USMC do this in pictures. I was just curious if maybe he knew the reason or what was his reason.

Hi!
No problem mate. I got the TDU form http://www.opsgear.com/Tactical-Response-Uniform-Top-Woodland-p/atl-1274.htm . Its a cool Woodland uniform.
But if u dont want to spend money for a new TDU i d guess u to "costumize" your normal woodland BDU.
Just seperate the chest pocets and put them on the shoulders. Add a velcro (? dont know the word) .
It gonna look like this

Best thing to do is remove the waist pockets from the shirt and put those on the arms...at an angle...
I've done it on a few shirts now, 3M velcro panels on the flaps for flags and such, another strip underneath instead of the buttons.

Here's my CF loadout, loosely based on the PPCLI loadout in the first days of the war in Afghanistan. Not as gucci as the new tac vest, but at least it holds more than 4 mags rofl

3 things...
1) Loose that fighting knife, atleast in the bayonet spot.
2) Get a PM sent to armyissue on ASC for some kit (WBCH, etc..).
3) Start fading your CADPAT for that 2001 look :D
I remember using the jean jacket awhile back. It was nice even if it was only 4 mags.

Hey Xamor, what patches are you using on your gear?
If it's not a team patch, or your own creation, me and a few other members would appreciate it if you took them off, or at least blank them out when posting photos.
Thank you.

If you can find a buddy that knows how to use a sewing machine, it's easy enough to do. Otherwise I'd suggest going to a seamstress and getting it done proper the first time ;)

I have IR US flag at right arm and our team patch called "umbrae ( http://www.salosoft.org/umbrae/index.php3?page=etusivu )" in my left arm. I personally dont prefer using US army, rank and division patches if I haven't earned them so don't worry :)

Since when did you make the rules around here Anthony - wind your feckin neck in and mind your own business. Good job I've just banned you for three months because this would have earned you another spell.

Hey guys,
I finally have all of my RPD gear together, although I have not had a chance to play with it outside yet on any fields.
Here is my gear list:
R.P.D shirt/trousers
R.P.D. ball cap
Anti-thermal mask, custom
Tropical jungle boots, 1983 dated
A.L.I.C.E. web belt set:
-Pistol belt
-2x M16 pouches with 4 mags altogether
-2x Canteens
-Buttpack (4-5 mags in the rear)
-First aid pouch
Plastic M16 bayonet and sheath (made from a kit)
TM M16A1 (sling not pictured)
OD scarf (not pictured)
Not a Gucci set by any means, but I prefer something simple and that works. Since Resident Evil is known to have unique sidearms, I have a P08 Luger set on the way that should do nicely. By the way, Sportsman's guide has an excellent deal for you A.L.I.C.E. lovers out there- you can get a complete web belt set for $20!
