I have seen extra letters and numbers added on to the end of MOS's at times. Is this denoting the different ASI/SQI's that a soldier has achieved?
If so or not, can someone please explain to me how these work and if they are/arn't shown when stating what one's MOS is. If it is, how is it done?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, the extra numbers and letters following a soldiers MOS define their skill level and any additional skills they have accumulated. When stating your MOS, the full version is normally used.
An example might be an 11B3V. This would identify a soldier with an 11B MOS (Infantry), a skill level of 3 (E-6), and a Special Qualification Identifier of V which designates both parachutist and ranger qualifications.
Skill levels are:
0->Soldier in initial MOS training
1->E-1 thru E-4
2->E-5
3->E-6
4->E-7
5->E-8 & E-9

Does it work the same for the ASI's which have a letter and then number for it? Also, how would one show having aqquired multiple different ones, and do they carry over from MOS to MOS. For example, would say, an SF Soldier show the the rank number, V(For Ranger/Airborne) plus the W9 for (HALO/SCUBA)? Are they broken apart by dashes or just done in a flat line, or do you only include your most recent? It also looks like some of the ASI's can only be shown for certain MOS's, how does that work? Sorry if it sounds like I'm being a pain, I just like to keep informed.

I'm not as familiar with the ASI's as I am with SQI's. If I remember right, the ASI is tagged on the end of the MOS descriptor in the same way that the SQI is. The ASI's are specific to certain MOS's. In other words, if you changed your MOS to one which is not authorized a certain ASI, you would lose that ASI.
Once you obtain an SQI, it remains with you throughout your Army career, regardless of any change in your MOS. Think of it this way: an ASI is an additional skill related to the job you perform (your MOS), while an SQI is an additional individual qualification. If you're qualified as a parachutist as an 11B, if you change your MOS to 88M, you're still qualified to perform parachute duty.
As far as the full MOS for the SF soldier you asked about, if his MOS happened to be 18B (SF Weapons Sergeant), and he was an E-7, it should be 18B4VW9. As I said, I'm not as familiar with the ASI's, so if I've got it in the wrong place, someone speak up.
