The desert tiger stripe camo that the guy on the left has on can be purchased through US Cav or Brigade Quartermasters.

Its definitly a "desert" version of the Tigerstripe pattern. Bristish Desert DPM (http://pvtpyle.com/European/British%20Desert%20DPM.jpg) doesn't look like that at all...
Oh, and the fact that the pic albumn is titled "Airsoft Arizona..." thats what really gave it away.

Or you could look on the nametage of the guy and see that is says "Airsoft Arizona"
Oh yeah and 5th group had 2 companys use Desert Tiger Stripe in OIF. They used them for about a week before they decided they were complete S&%T and tossed them...

Yeah, I know you can attach iron sights or optics to the Picatinny rail but it appears the shooter in question has no need of such distractions.
