they really arnt that great. if you machine wash them they will wrinkle into hell, hand wash them and air dry, DONT use a dryer

Not to be rude, but are yours the same kind as the IDF use? Do you think they all have that problem? Thanks. :)

your not rude but i gotta let you know something. the BDU's they sell (as with many other retailers) are not really issue BDU's, but mediocre quality repros. i have some, they are not the same thing. thinner material, darker color, definatly different than what they had pictured. i have never seen ANY retailer sell actual issued BDU's. i have a shirt that i found somwhere else, that is the right color, but still not the right material.

im sure the REAL israeli BDU's are great, and i've heard nothing bad about them.

if you find the real thing, let me know. but those repros have been the best i could find.

i think that the israelis make it especially hard to get their BDU's, as there have been instances where terrorists have dressed up as israeli soldiers, and have used that disguise to blow up and kill people...

but i have seem some pics of guys on this forum (check airsoft threads) that have the correct issue BDU's. i dont know where they got them. remember, israel is not that big of a country, they dont make that many uniforms, and dont really have a surplus, as their uniforms have been the same for many years and their is always a demand.

buy them if you want, but dont say i didnt warn you

but hey, i just kinda bashed their product, but zahal.org is still a great biz. they got lots of patches, and thier vests are not too bad or tooooo expensive.... they also sell real body armour :) helmet covers are not offical issue either. niether are the vests, but really good repros.

if i were you, i'd pick a different country to get ur stuff from, cuz israeli stuff is hard to find the real thing. i got some 80's issue stuff but nothing special. good luck

ya, i've been there. no BDU's. they had real issue shirts for awhile, im lucky i got one, its a bit big for me 44" CHest (im a 42) but its real :P they have pretty much all the same gear as zahal

I've picked up olive fatigue pants over the years from both IMPand zahal. both the regular version with exposed buttons on the three pockets, and the para/elite version with concealed buttons on the pockets.

The regular versions (I have 2 or 3) all came with "IDF" (in Hebrew of course) stamped in black ink just underthe right thigh pocket. Wonder if that means they're the real deal.
