Except of course the IDF suit allows for the vest to be underneath it. AFAIK anyway...

Intresting situation. These guys are kind of useless as I see it, they can't really reach inside or aim at targets efficiently.

Cutting equipment will be really hard to use. No chance for pneumatic/hydraulic cutters, and burners/electrodes based will be too hard to use and carry in this situation(and takes too long)
So that leaves explosive, a very touchy thing to do, and will be hard to implement, if for example the terrorists and hostages are in the room behind the window.

Well, I'm not spec. op guy, but 2 guys on corners might just looking inside for intel, this way they covering more room and got less chances to be exposed, and third guy waiting for signal. It's not nessessary that they have a task to enter, just watch or shoot throght the windows, right? Anyway, it's traning and we don't know exactly what happening.

doubt that they are abt to shoot or are waiting for a signal, because they can hardly do anything due to the bars on the window, if they shoot they will attract attention to themselves, and if this is hotage rescue drill this is the last thing they would want to do. But than again they may want to distract whoever is in that room, because main attack is about to happen from inside the building, or perhaps they r just doing some recon before the raid...we may never find out
