No music for me. I figure since I won't be able to have headphones in the military I might as well get used to the sounds of my breathing.

Haya Allah Al Falluja (http://www.albasrah.net/media/sound/falluja.htm) works for me. I've always liked oriental music and its rhythm.

The only exercise I do is run and walk 3 miles, push-ups, abs, shoulders, and ass (very important.) The former is done on a pretty busy suburban road where yesterday I almost got run over by some very old **** on a moped so I'd rather be able to hear incoming automobiles rather than have extra motivation.

It depends a lot. Yesterday I listened to Rammstein. Pantera is also good for that purpose. Heavy and aggressive music is usually my preference.
But sometimes I just listen to CCR or Doors or something like that.. :)
