An American-Israeli couple are taking legal action against the US government for refusing to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Lawyer Alyza Lewin confirmed she had filed a suit in federal court on behalf of Ari and Naomi Zivotofsky.

As parents of an 11-month-old boy born in Jerusalem, the couple say they want Israel named on his passport and birth certificate.

"They were told, 'We can't do that,'" said Lewin, who explained: "The country place on the passport and on the birth certificate is blank."

Her clients' suit is based on a US law adopted in 2002 by Congress, the Israeli Capital Recognition Act, which stipulates that the State Department must mention Israel when the birthplace is Jerusalem.

The al-Aqsa Mosque was the scene
of Prophet Muhammad's
night journey

"The odds are good," said Lewin.

Don't you think Israeli did that?

Some Israeli who hold US citizenship sued Iran in the US for a bomb attack in Jerusalem Midrahov (kind of a square with a lot of stores) and won 400 million dollars!

Moreover, Israeli court ordered PA to compensate Egged (the national bus company) with hundreds of millions of dollars for its involvement in the bus suicide bombings.

The difference between the PA, Iran and Islam, Christianity and God is that the PA and Iran have funded those bomb attacks and aided them. Therefore, they bear responsability to those terrorist attack and must pay the price.
