I went to a beer fesival once where they had run out of real ale. The only drink left was bottles of (real) continental beer and cider. We drunk (very good) Belgian beer until that ran out, and then moved on to cider (very bad, most was as strong as wine). An absolute disaster :-)

I thought the idea was that they were able to give personal opinions on how the winter soldier testimony affected them.
