I bought both DF BHD and team Sabre as there was a deal if you bought both. It was a big f***in' waste of money. ****e graphics, AI was ****e. It was just overall ****e. I returned it within a week and got my money back.

I was pissed at the fact that none of the characters had realistic ammo loads or gear. With Delta, you get 270 rds. (9 mags), which would equal up to an Eagle TAC V1, with an LC2 ammo pouch. WTF? It even said in the book that each operator carried like 16 mags each. Plus the story line was all f*cked up. When you get to Super 64, there's a bigger response team than the first crash! The lost convoy consists of four humvees and 1 5-ton. Team AI was BS. The #2 man would usually just drop the flashbang infront of me, rather than tossing it in the room I was clearing.

Yes, the game sucked. Delta Force 2 totally pwned, then Land Warrior came out--that was not bad. It all went downhill from there..........

DF2 was very good, but when Landwarrior came out, I was like WTF! The weapons were cut and paste into the game, same with TFD. BHD was the first game since DF2 to not have cut 'n paste weapons.

Yeah well , I can''t sign that petition either...mainly due to the reasons above that the other people have given as well..

DF:BHD wasn't really a big hit , in my opinion.

And to tell you the truth , I can't say that any of the DF - games would've been that spectacular at all (especially land warrior and task force dagger) to me. More or less , TFD just didn't have the correct info behind it...

The guy who made that petition musn't have heard of things like, better engines to build a game on, to have better graphics, pyhsics etc. And online petitions rarely do anything anyway.

DF series = DF 1 & 2 for me. Anything after that is just bad. :( Bring back DF like it used to be and I'll send a letter to the pope to declear the NL team holy...

I only played Df 1&2 after it was a little old, and didnt like it very much.
I love playing BHD in multiplayer , until a patch came out and screwed up my key definitions. Now Joint OPS - which is virtually a BHd with different skins and weapons etc, is a nice game because of the amount of players, but for the money they want , I would have expected them to at least change some sounds, models, different menu font at least. It really is a copy. As it stands no need for another Novalogic DF based game until they start to develop their engine for more quality objects, instead of just hiking the player number available.
And accuracy in JO really doesnt correlate to BHD at all. Accuracy is despicable.Even with single shots.

I've been playing DF:BHD Multiplayer since it was released as a beta demo (what was that, 2 years ago?).

The single player campaigns are ****. Multiplayer is where its at, some of the custom maps are frikkin awesome.

DF2 was the perfect sniping game , grass , wind , ghillie suits , M40s , soooooo good , loved picking off guys from 800m's and nobody knew where it came from :D

Played DF:BHD alot , but then I got bored , started playing Q3 RA3 . tryed to go back to BHD afew weeks ago and It was so slow and boring compared to RA3 . so now I just stick to quake . :D

and the AI in BHD was better then in DF2 and LW , but its still not good enough

BHD and TS were decent, though they had shortfalls, notably AI.

Instead of shooting from a distance tangos would rush up to you and shoot from like 3 feet away, and your guys would do the same. TS seems to have improved this a bit, but the problem still exists.

The graphics IMHO are good... Good enough to look good without bogging down the gameplay.

Game is okay the first few times you play it, but after that it gets old in a hurry.

TFD and LW are both really bad... Gun models are lame, capmaigns and missions blow. Only decent thing was the use of Airstrikes and UAV's in TFD.


DF2 IMHO was the best in this series. the tall grass, the physics, the choice of weapons. The diverse missions.The huge environments were impressive.

If they remade DF2 with snazzy new graphics, newer guns and addition of AI teamates, i too would write to the Pope asking him to declare Nova holy...


That game was just so engaging, i could play for hours.

I refuse to buy Joint Ops... Reason being its solely Multiplay, and there are just too many asswipes multpiplaying these days. Hackers, glitchers, laggers, whiners, cheaters, little 8 year olds, rude jerks, attention whores, ect...

ID reccomend everyone ignore Novalogic unless they bring back DF:2 even better than it was.

Until that day comes, everyone ought to go buy Full Spectrum Warrior. This game totally rules. Good graphics. Long, complex missions. Realistic missions and events. Good AI on both sides. THe gameplay stresses tactics instead of just run n' gun, which does make things difficult at times, but it gets you thinking. It takes more skill to win than just being quick on the trigger finger.

By only complaint with the game is it isnt long enough... There are 14 missions, each close to 2 hours long, which in truth is alot. But the game is just so good at the end they leave you begging for more.

It could have used some more movie cutscenes as well. THe intro and outro were great and more would have helped the story move along.

I'm just excited about getting it jameson, I've seen all the videos and screenshots and I love OFP, so I know I'm going to love VBS1

I actually enjoyed BHD.
It had this claustrophobix feeling when you moved through those narrow streets.
