I don´t think it´s only because Europeans spammed it, it´s also due to the eletion talk and his
promises that would surely get many Europeans to go "WTF???!?!?!?". I mean the "Agenda
for America" that by some reason seems to have something negative to do with rest
of the world in every sentence.

Virus is still strange. They suffered from a virus and blocked the site from a number of places? wtf
What if it was dos worm or something like that? In this case the virus would also have afflicted US computers , unless someone made it only to spam packets from certain country ips to achieve this.

I am very suspicious about this after usmc.mil was down here for like a year here .
