I may be wrong about this, but at a quick glance it looks like a M1117 ASV

I thought V-100 too but it doesn't appear to be one

Looks like the V-150 to me, although in terms of outward appearance there's little different from the V-100 to the V-150, I've just never heard of the V-100 having the 20mm cannon mounted.

It could be one of those Mexican designs that looks like a V-100 or V-150.

They still look to be based on the Cadillac Gage V-100 series of vehicles.

The armored vehicle is called DN- V TORO. It has a few
variants, with Canon, machine gun, mortar,etc. It carries personel,is used
for reconnaissance and patrol missions.
