Do any Marines go to Delta Force or DEVGRU? I am under the impression that DEVGRU is not all SEALs, and Delta is not all Army, although DEVGRU is mainly SEALs and Delta is mainly Army, dont they accept other services?

That is a quote from the website and I am not sure if it is true, although I dont see why not I just wanted your opinions on this.
