John Kerry's Final Flip-Flop on Iraq-taken from his concession speech:

Iraq is once again a part of the war on terror

"I know this is a difficult time for my supporters, but I ask them, all of you, to join me in doing that. Now, more than ever, with our soldiers in harm's way, we must stand together and succeed in Iraq and win the war on terror."

If he had said, "we must stand together and succeed in the fight against childhood obesity and win the war on terror", would that make the fight against childhood obesity, part of the war on terror?

Of course it would make childhood obesity part of the war on terror. Fat kids are terrorizing the eyes of people across the world and futher more blah blah blah. May God bless the fat kids. p-)

Well, he is supposed to be so much smarter than Bush he should realize that putting the two subjects in the same breath woulod leave the impression he believes the two to be connected.

Why is everyone who has a different opinion than Kerry supporters always called stupid or ignorant.
Comeon SZR, I know your smart so why sink like that? I have never called you or anyone else names so far as I can recall.

Comeon SZR, I know your smart so why sink like that? I have never called you or anyone else names so far as I can recall.I didn't respond like that originally, because I don't feel that way. It's just the kind of "straight to the point" answer that posters to like ThePatriot respond most positively to. Answers that snap, crackle and pop! The kinds of answers that aren't bogged down with information to dull them down.

I'm sorry if you thought I was calling you stupid. That was not my intent with that response.

I think that since the election is over, we should go back to our regularly scheduled broadcasting of GUNS AND STUFF...and shut down the politics thread...it only hurts imho....i mean, cmon...election is over, bush one...i dont really think its something to gloat about, both sides did their duty, they voted for what they thought was right, and as always majority rules...but oh well....and obama is kinda kewl too :D
