Hopefully now that Israel is movnig quickly and with intent on its settlement issues, the palestinians have to have a moderate peaceseeker as their head. If a militant wanker seizes power, the fighting will start all over again. Then 12 years or so of going forward and backward will go completely backward, into unretrieveable realms.

Hopefully there will be a new start for the talks with the New palistinian leadership who will be a little more flexible and realistic in the process than Arafat. With the end result a state for the Palistinians that can coexist with Israel that is democratic and accountable.

The diffrence is that he kept on supporting terrorism to his last day, while they stopped and started fighting it in 1948.
Anyway, they weren't terrorists because they attacked military targets and vilages that attackers came from.

Actualy, most of the terror attacks happend before Yassin got killed. Since he was killed we probably had only 4-5 terror attacks behind the green line.
