Request: Urban Warfare in Iraq (video)

Hey guys,

Jesus I didn't relize how hard it was to come across urban fighting in Iraq. I've searched and searched looken through this forum and others with scant findings of short clips and only pictures.

I wanna see the fight in the thick of things usen video NOT pictures, why is it so hard to come across video? I mean I'm looken for a good 30+ minute video of a battle between allies and insurgents and only come up with 1 minute clips.

Your help would be MUCH appreciated :D

Plus i have the awesome 101st abn video that is by far my favorite.

Is that video off cnn or fox? Or is it handycam stuff. If it's the second, I can definitely help you host it here.

one of them is from CBS news but the other is raw footage.

I sent socscout some ftp info on where he can upload them for me to post, so it's up him whether he takes advantage of it.

If you can get a hold of the CBC's Deadline Iraq, I that that will satisfy your need for combat footage.

When downloading from ATWAR.NET, all the video files are only 14 Kb in size. :roll: . Those vids don't work.

No, I just click the link and the window pops up and I start downloading.
I use Download Accelerator Plus, could that cause the problems?

Well thanks for posting that. I did download it and I watched it, and still am, repeatedly.

Although with a rather cinical eye it could be seen as mere propaganda (I'm sure someone does), I am convinced that what I'm seeing is the truth (especially towards the middle/end).

Again, thanks for posting that and, as an Italian (and American) citizen, I am proud of being an American ally.
