Maybe you think of this site http://images.google.com/images?q=flowers&hl=en&btnG=Google+Search
It specialises in documenting violence and power abuse by government and non-government groups alike by storing vids and pics evidence accessed accessed by various means through over the net.

2.7. Don't post links to or display pictures from sites like ********* or ******, for any reason. They serve purely as conduits for terrorist propaganda and aren't allowed here.

the site is not ******. It has military videos set to music, but it also has the fireworks factory exploding. I just can't remember the name.

Ok.
Though seriously I thought the Nausea was more kind of an anti-violence site formulating its anti-violence message by showing violence abuses and their results in all their horror. At least that's my impression.
Though there are some pretty horrible vids originating from Chechen rebels (or foreign supporters of them) on that site, it doesen't exactly appear (as far as I can recollect, though I haven't visited that site more times than I can count on one hand) that the site supports or applauds their methods. Same goes for material on that site (also pretty horrible) showing abuses commited by government forces (world wide - not only in Chechenya).

Though nuff said.
Please forgive me for my sins :|.
I'll never mention the site nor link any material from there to here in the future (that you can take my word on).
