The G.I. Photograph Museum of Honor and Registry has been established to permanently display the photographs, drawings, likenesses of every military person, of any era, who served their Nation.

Any veteran who served, in any branch, in any Nation, can display their military era photograph or image. Best of all, PHOTO installation and viewing is FREE to EVERYONE.

They mention that they have over 1 million dollars in investment money for the project and that it's been going since 1998. It's kind of surprising that they didn't seem to put any of that into a more professional looking web page... just a thought.
