Happy St. Patrick's Day [Archive]

Seeing as I'm half Irish, I felt it was fitting that I wear green today. Unfortunately I think people that I saw during my morning commute, had other world affairs on their mind so they didn't follow the same tradition; although there was a Fireman on the train who was on his way to the St. Patrick's Day parade. On another note, I walked past the Iraqi ambassador to the UN this morning while he was being interviewed by a reporter with a camera. Al Douri is particularly short... probably 5'4". There was 1 policeman standing there looking rather bored.
