you won't find them on the internet. if anything you gotta travel down to warsaw, to the "millenium stadium" where you just might be lucky enough (if someone doesnt take your wallet) to get a pair of bdus...

Not whole Warsaw, but the Stadium (built in '50s, now closed and converted into a giant market) is a jungle ;)

Some Poles use to say that the true border between Europe and Asia is along the Bug River (our eastern border) :), but in Warsaw most people claim the border is on the Vistula River.
When you come to Warsaw and cross the river to the eastern side (where "The Stadium" is located) you understand why this opinion is justified

The stadium ?
Alright , copy that.
I'm packing my bags already..

It WAS "interesting" place some 5-6 years ago. Now when the borders and visas policy changed things aren that hot anyway. But even now its a good place to get some russian NVG's, optics and stuff (firearms are much harder to get than before) . Now the Stadium is mostly about illegal copies od software and **** p-) And Warsaw isn't a dangerous place anyway - it's like everywhere, maybe we (Poles) are bit too offensive sometimes. But you know - walk softly and carry a big... ;)

I was in Warsaw this summer and its fine, not dangerous at all. Every city has its dangerous parts, but tourists don't usually go there becuase they have no reason to do so. Warsaw recives alot of tourits each year so its not like foreigners are rare in warsaw. Don't worry I was there and I lived to tell the story about it. These guys are just tyring to scare you from not comming, maybe they're worried you take Polish girls, I dont know ;)

those shirts are ugly...id rather get long sleeves...
Catch22

Its not an issue shirt anyway. Only short sleeved ones that are issued - summer version in 93 pantera pattern, worn tucked with only two flat breast pockets, theyre not made of ripstop/snajper fabric. Issue Desert ones are long sleeved with 6 external and 1 internal pockets.

Issue Desert ones are long sleeved with 6 external and 1 internal pockets.
The second version of desert bdu shirt has exactly 6 external and 4 internal (two with zipper and two small with velcro) pockets.
It's interesting that the third comander of Polish led division - gen. Ekiert wears a shirt with short sleeves.

Hehe last time Adam, when I had one on my back it only had 1 internal pocket and one "pouch" for mobile phone. Guess it was just some variant before Kama came up with final version. And about short sleeved ones - never seen any regulation ones, though I'll try to ask around. For me they seem to be just made of long sleeved ones - note the upper sleeve pocktes. Maybe some individual order for commanding officers? Dunno - next time I'll ask gen. Bieniek at conference: "Excuse me, Sir, I'd like to ask you a question on gen.Ekiert's short sleeved shirt..." ;) p-)

Probably it was protytype.
Interesting and strange for me thing is that new version of Polish tropic uniform in standard "pantera" (woodland style) camo - "wz. 124Z/MON" made of rip-stop fabric ("snajper") is a little different than the new desert "wz.124PI/MON". It's smiliar to the last one because generaly it has the same cut, there are velcro instead buttons and pockets are placed in the same way, but these pockets are exactly the same like in old bdu's and not like in the new desert sets. These pockets are with very weird and useless something which is for me hard to name and in english probably can be describe as bellows. Poles and others who had a opportunity to take a close look at standard Polish uniforms surely know what I mean.

Maybe mister general did special regulation only for himself... :|

BTW It seems you have a nice job, haven't you? Are there any vacancies in your firm? There are a few question I'd like to ask some generals... ;)

This is Chris Neidrich, Blackwater worker who died a few months ago in Iraq. In the same ambush two Poles, ex-GROM operators were killed.

Our boys were bitchin' about side pockets on II gen desert uniforms - theyre closed with two relatively small velcro straps - they wont hold too well especially when you stuff your pockets or uniform gets dirty form crawling. Some "canadian" buttons might be better choice in my opinion. But otherwise they're saying that our ripstop-"snajper' is much better than US. I've seen some 'snajper" printed in Vth ABW department camo (flecktarnized panter) - Oh I just got to get this fabric for me! ;)
AdAm - drop me a PM, we'll talk about something for you. I'm serious here :)
