A couple days ago i met with man who participated in development of neutron warheads in Arzamas-16. And i think these things are exactly what we need to finally end this campaign ;)

Actually your sarcasm useless. Just because you now can't handle with guerilla resistance in much much simpler conditions of Iraq.

Dosnt look as bad as that place, it still has mayjor combat operations... Iraq has a few attacks a day, not many deaths.

Looks like the Ruskies are taking a serious beating.

This is illusion. When bandits were able to do something serious - they did it. Now all they can do is to try to blow up single vehicle (with low sucess ratio). And to perform different acts of terror (like killing man cooperating with authorities or blowing up car rigged with explosives near administrative building) - All the same what is now happens in Iraq - just turn on your TV.

I admit that Russian losses in Chechnya in general higher than American losses in Iraq but don't forget Chechnya is a mountain region covered by dense green vegetation (i've seen tape of some action in forest near Bamut - it looks like Vietnamese jungles, not plain deserts of Iraq) and with hostile population (contrary to Iraqis).

As for Russian REAL military campaign in 1999-2000 - it received B mark from US military analysts ;)

Yeah, but Iraq was bombed 12 years ago and has been under sanctions ever since.

In chechnia it is a completely different situation. The locals all went through conscription. They were all taught how to use weapons, russian tactics, etc etc. Just before the first chechen war they seized the weapons based in that area which included basically all of the current military equipment of the Russian army. Give the Iraqis full training in the US military and then equip them with American equipment and then see what happens.
