Even if some of the payments arent made (prolly thru disagreements with methods but thats just my opinion) the US is still the largest investor if I am not mistaken and their complete refusal will certainly impact.
Although the states was one of the first founders the UN has so completely veered from its intent (IMHO) that the US should reconsider its part in a clearly corrupt and useless org. IMHO :|

biggest fraud scandal in Humanities history, whats it at now? Over 20 billion? It is sick this stuff isnt all over tv, why isnt it? Because it will make so many anti war parties out there look stupid, people advocating the UN and how the us needed its aproval, etc etc etc all that goes with it, would now be made to look like fools when the very UN they were backing is in a scandal of unimaginable proportions.
