Can you please give me some background on this very powerful photo? Or a link of what/where this is. Thank you so much for posting it - one of the best anti-war photos I have seen.

I don't think it was intended as anti-war.. it's saying that with Saddam, there'd be more mass graves like from which the bodies in the picture above are from.

Gruelling but excellent photo's. They should post a few around army career centers!
Two extraordinary photo's was of the abdomen and the cavity of the patella both caused by bullets.

An Iraqi child jumps over lines of remains being stored in a school after they were discovered in a mass grave in the desert south of Baghdad. People have been searching for identity cards or other clues among the skeletons to identify remains of family members executed by Saddam Hussein's regime during a Shiite Muslim uprising in 1991

The dead donīt care if they were killed by Saddam or by an american bullet.
Itīs macabre but add up the dead caused by american soldiers and compare it to the dead caused by Saddam. :(

I think: There are no Heros in any war! Killing people is not heroic! Firefighters, Policeman and Doctors are real heros, they save lives. Soldiers just do their f*cking job.
@Post:
Sad pictures, truly hard.... man, thats war and you call them heros. They are the a*sfu*ked of any war..., thats sad.
