Bones, vietnam veteran fighting in Afghanistan

I just stumbled across a great article on the net from the Christian Science Monitor. There are several pictures of Bones in this sites Special Forces Afghanistan photo section and there was a lot of photo that used to be in Yahoo News about Operation Mountain Sweep, in which Bones is featured. The article is very interesting and stated that Bones is a Vietnam Veteran and passed the combat divers course at age 49. Good Reading. Photo featuring Bones in this site include: #63, #65, and #79. I also have some other hi-res photos from a differnt site that no longer exists.

Cool article.. i only see 1 picture of him though, and throughout the whole 2 page article. Am I missing something? Thanks.

No, I think there is only one pic of him on this page. I emailed the writer to see if he had anymore, and he hasn't responded. I think the picture was from ***** Images. I wish I knew someone with access to that site. It seems to have a ton of pictures that no one else has. The other pictures of Bones that I was referring to are all on this site or pictures that I have from another site.

Yeah everything would appear to match up. The tattoos, the beard, the torn shirt arms.

I also have a couple of hi-res pics of Bones that are from a site that was posted in this forum a long time ago. The site was a cockatoo.tripod site and is apparently shut down now. One of the pics is of the three SF guys on horses riding through water. The other is of some of the guys in a swimming hole somewhere in Afghanistan. Bones is in these pics as well. Hood let me know if you want me to email them to you.

Ok, he sent them in, and I've posted them at the end of the SF gallery under Op Enduring Freedom. Now we can see Bones in all his topless glory. :)
