anybody got pictures of the 25th ID... these guys get little recognition and is one of the two light infantry divisions inthe us army

prolly cuz they havnt been deployed yet... theyre going to Afghanistan starting next year to serve alongside the 10th Mountain, might have to wait then to see any non- training photos...

They went and created another Light Infantry unit? Along the sames lines as the 10th Mountain or different? Does this have anything to do with the "Stryker Brigade"?

they have a stryker brigade up in ft lewis...but they have always been a light infantry unit...the unit is based on the main island of hawaii and was created right before the pearl harbor bombing, and has fought in every major war since the gulf war1

theyre differnt from the 10th mountain in that they specialise in tropic warfare, where as the 10th mountain specialses in, you guessed it, mountainous warfare...
