When it comes to looks: KSC Glock family in my opinion, and I say it as a real steel G17 user - you can even buy some lever extensions for asg version (enlarged slide release, mag release). There are some metal alloy parts (slide, outer barrel) you can buy for it.

WA Berettas and colts are pretty spot on. With metal frames and slides on aswell they are ratehr realistic.

I've got to agree about the KSC Glock. I have a 17 and 18c. I have extensive experience with real-steel Glocks and they are very close replicas once you install the metal slides. With a loaded mag, even the weight is similar.

The KSC Mac-11 I had was quite nice. Had Ingram logo and everything. The bolt action was sweet too.

I'd have to say WA guns. I've owned the Beretta 92F and a Tac-Special(the Hi-cap frame) and they were beautifully made. They've got nice heft and the quality of the plastic is very high. Plus they also have the advantage of actually having a license so all the markings are correct. I also use to have a KSC G18C and I'd have to agree Erik_MAA, they can be accurate once you install a metal slide.
