William Doyle, shown at center during an award ceremony at Phang Rang, Vietnam, in a November 1967 photo, said he killed so many civilians in 1967 as a member of Tiger Force unit of the Army's 101st Airborne Division during the Vietnam War he lost count. Members of the elite unit mutilated and killed hundreds of unarmed villagers over seven months during the Vietnam War, and an Army investigation was closed with no charges filed, The Blade of Toledo reported Sunday, Oct. 19, 2003. Soldiers from the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment practice close quarter combat at their base in east Baghdad Tuesday Oct. 7, 2003. The guerilla-style warfare that has turned the streets of Iraqi cities into a deadly urban battleground is thrusting rear-support troops directly into the firing zone. The U.S. military is adapting to the new threat that targets non-combat troops by training them to be front-line "warriors." (AP Photo/Greg Baker)

yes, but take a look at his left shoulder, he is tabbed. On his opposite shoulder you can see that he served in the regiment prior to 10th Mountain. Once a ranger... ;)

the picture of the ranger, with the 10th mountain patch.... is he serving 10th mountain or 75th regiment? and if he is serving 10th mountain, why do you think he would serve 10th mountain rather then 75th regiment?

Alot of soldiers go to Ranger School just for the training and experience, not to get into the 75th RRGT. He's not a Ranger just because he passes Ranger School....
