drinking laws here really don't matter as you will know people at almost any age above 15 drinking.

Very true... I drank more before I turned 21 than after. Only difference is now I can do it in public.

on my college campus, EVERYONE drinks alcohol basically. everyone has a constant supply of everything from beer to hard liquor. it's really ridiculous.

ye but it sux if u cant drink in a pub or anything (or in public) before u'r 19..or even 21..I think this is the first time that I actually fully agree with you............I always found it funny and ridicules that they can give a person at 18 a weapon to go off to battle with but not allow that person to drink until he’s 21 (or 19 for the cnukcs here)

if you meant to say canucks, it's 18 in some places in canada, like the province of quebec (it's the french joie de vivre). but i don't drink alcohol, so i am hardly an authority on the subject. happy bday!!

Drinking laws are counter-productive. When people are underage, they binge-drink in private. This is dangerous and leads to all sorts of bad stuff. Most people QUIT binge-drinking when they're allowed to legally go to bars or to have beer at restaurants.

If I was in charge, I'd abandon minimum age for drinking entirely, but I'd make drunk-driving a much more serious offense.

Seriously man.

Capital letters. Full stops (Or periods if you're a girl). Commas. Apostrophes.

Think about it, then write me a five hundred word essay on "Why FutureMarine looks like a tool" focusing on those four things.

End of the week or I'll give you detention.
