Country: Israel\USA.
Name: IDF armoured Caterpillar D9 bulldozer.
Purposes: Heavy Bulldozer for engineering tasks under fire:
obstacles breaching, clearing mine fields, detonating ****y-traps and explosives,
demolishing structures, earthmoving and everything that requires lot of power.
Features: heavy dozer blade, rear ripper, heavy armour kit installed by the IDF, 410 hp engine and advance torque divider,
armoured cabine and advance control systems.

Name: IDF Pum"a (Engineering breacher).
Purposes: tank-chassis based engineering vehicle, secure transport for sappers into the battlefield, clearing mine fields, base to recovery and engineerig systems.
Features: heavy armour, Refael Overhead Weapon Station, detatchable engineering devices (shovels, mine-roller, Carpet anti-mine system etc).

Yep. They're American.

If I'm not mistaken the M1 Grizley have those mechanical moving blades\graders on the fore, moving the dirt infront like vishers in a car.

Name: High Mobility Engineering Vehicle (HMEV)

Purpose: "the world's only self deployable, purpose-built engineering vehicle capable of travelling at high speed with a military road convoy. Its high-speed mobility, both on and off road, is more than a match for most wheeled military vehicles. The vehicle can travel long distances at high speed and on arrival perform an impressive array of engineering tasks." ADI is manufacturing a variant, the high speed engineering excavator (HMEE), for the US Army.
