View Full Version : BNCOC Any tips or stategy to help a fellow NCO excel?

Looking for some pointers from all of you professional soldiers. I am going to go to BNCOC soon and wanted to get a head start so I'm primed to make the top seat. I've made the Commandant's list for a lot of schools but I'm looking to edge out the competition for BNCOC.
By the way I am a NG soldier so the class is split into two phases. (I'm really starting to miss the Active Duty)
