Is there a way to find some data about countries that have satellites in space, how many and of what type(military, scientific, communications, etc)

Pretty much all the G20 countries have satellites in space.

Did you mean military or commercial satellites? AFAIK there are only 4 countries that have miltary spy satellites there.
