Not much out there actually...at least of quality. There are several books you can try.

Members of D Sqn 22 SAS during ExFil on Fortuna Glacier, South Georgia - 2 Wessex helos were lost in whiteout conditions. The third pilot ExFiled the downded RN aircrew and the SAS troopers. Though an amazing survival story the mission was a failure. The required recce was later conducted by boat by the SBS.

Just a point, wasn't the third pilot also the first pilot .. if you get what i mean. Think Stanley was his name ( I only got this from what I read).

Also, the Tony Geraghty book is "Who Dares Wins". Funnily enough, as my memory serves me, I think Royal mentioned this in another post a while back.

Lt Cdr Mike Stanley RN DFC - the DFC was awarded for Ops in South Georgia, including this rescue and the capture of the Argentine spy ship Narwhal.
