do most aircraft have anti-missile capabilities now? i know that the c-130 is a supply aircraft and things can get hot at forward locations...

Thats not a normal C-130. Thats most likely a Combat Talon II

Reckon they are MC-130's, but withouta high res its hard to tell.

Those are both MC-130s. You can tell by the extra fuel tanks in between the engines.
The C-130 is not defensless by any means.
Newer versons of the C-130s are getting a laser based missile defense system.

The C-130 is nicknamed the "Karnaf" in Israel, "Karnaf" means rhinoceros in Hebrew.
In 1976 C-130's were used to send Israeli SF to Uganda in order to save Israeli and Jewish hostages who were held by Arab terrorists. This operation is known as operation Jonathan.

I don't know...but the 82nd uses C141 Starlifters :) That might have been it.

The 82nd uses all three depending on their needs. The first rade in OEF was from C-130s.
