I think it's OK, but it took getting used to Boomer and Starbuck being women. I know a lot of the people who used to like the original series really despise this one.

Yeah I'm really liking it so far. I was a kid when the original series was on, so although I enjoyed it back then, I'm not a zealout and don't care if Starbuck is represented differently here. I like the new character quite a bit, along with the other characters on the show. I'm definitely going to continue watching it.

i love the show....i just finished watching episode 11 and some really interesting stuff is in the pipeline...i still watch the show on sci fi as well (if they cancel it i wont have anymore episodes to download!)

Same here, except I've seen episode 12 as well. Shame that the season is ending after 13, but I believe that they've ordered 6 new scripts for a second season. Overall an excellent show though, probably one of the best scifi shows ever.

Am enjoying it myself. I liked the original series, too. The only problem I had with it was that the same combat scenes showed up over and over and over.... heh

The new series is great and I don't mind Boomer being eye candy ;)

I like the premise that the Cylons are capable of looking and feeling exactly human, its add a whole dimension to the show.
