And the whole liberation thing in WW2. :D The Dutch love Canadians. Every year they send us millions of Tulips in honour of the sacrifices we payed for the liberation of their country. My grandfather being one of them. He always wanted to go back to Holland to thank the people because he was hidden by some civillians when he became seperated from his platoon, in a village as the Nazis were coming in. He hid in the bassment of a restaurant that the Nazis were occupying and survived onf sandwiches brought down from a waitress.

nice story my papa was in the RCAF and bomb german uboats hes got some great storys. my other one was a cook on a ship.
