I recall that several Palistinian towns made the choice to be on the Israeli side of the wall. if so what are the names of these towns and are there any articles I could referance. thanks.

Palestinian town's have no say in how the israelis decides things in the occupied territories.
The route is determined by which illegal settlements israel wants to incorporate on "it's" side of the wall. That palestinian town get entrapped between the wall and the real border between israel and the occupied territories, is of less concern.
Here are a couple of links dealing with the issue, it should be quite easy to find the names of the entrapped villages and articles about them.

In the official israeli website have an interesting map of the route of the "security fence". It doesn't distinguish between israel proper and the occupied west bank.

I see you know more about the geography of the area than the Israeli government, cool.
It's probably hard to deal with facts, ah?

thank you for the replies. what wasnt made clear with the websites was weather the Palistinian towns on the Israeli side of the fence made the choice to be there or was that decision made by the Israel government?
