When I was downtown at the mall last year I saw the Tac unit. They had surrounded an apartment complex where some fugitive was in. Cool stuff!

This is also winterpeg. With barely over a half million people, The most trouble they have is from mosquitos. Thats probably an ERTL plastic m16 for intimidation :)

Winnipeg has one of the worst gang problems in Canada. Particularilly from urban Native gangs.
They have the highest murder rate in Canada.
