Seen that before, but what is that that lands in the road right of the black SUV? Looks like a small explosion etc, but it couldn't be a mortar could it?

I think they're riding in a Suburban like the rest if i'm not mistaken.

They bunch up and don't maintain spacing very well, at one point 3 vehicles are almost bumper to bumper...that's not good
