People confuse Special Operations Units with US Army Special Forces all too much.

I agree.

Special Operations is the umbrella in which all the other units are a part of.

Delta Force

Special Forces = "Green Berets" 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, Groups etc.

75th Ranger Regiment

Navy SEALS

160th SOAR

and it goes on...

I guess 10th , 19th, and 20th groups aren't part of USASOC anymore.
